About the Job:
As a Auto shop Foreman, you will be responsible for the daily operations of our auto shop. Your primary tasks will include:
- Leadership and motivation of staff
- Customer contact and intake
- Planning and coordinating work tasks
- Quality assurance of completed work
- Optimization of work processes and ensuring efficiency
- Handling orders and inventory management
We expect that you:
- Hold a relevant professional qualification, e.g., as a mechanic, machine engineer, or similar
- Have experience in a leadership role, preferably from a similar job
- Are a strong communicator with good leadership skills
- Are a team player who is not afraid to pitch in if needed
- Have technical flair and are detail-oriented
- Can maintain an overview and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Are customer-oriented and take pride in delivering high quality
- Are familiar with warranty terms and car brands
