On behalf of our client, IVFtech, Career | a JKS Company is undertaking the task of finding a Controller and Business Partner to expand the team. We are looking for someone with a solid financial and analytical background and approach, accustomed to playing a contributory role in decision making processes. In your role, you will work closely with your team and become a key business partner for the General Manager of IVFtech, while reporting to the Group's CFO. Your efforts will be crucial in ensuring that our company operates efficiently and complies with relevant laws and regulations. You will have overarching responsibilities in areas such as reporting, budgeting, HR, and procurement. Your actions will impact both our day-to-day operations and the long-term success of the business. As part of your duties, you will have personnel responsibilities for two employees in the finance department, one in procurement, and one in HR, all based in Birkerød. Additionally, by closely collaborating with colleagues from other companies within the group, based internationally, you will contribute to a strong, international connection within the organization.

Your background?
Your educational background is not the deciding factor, but we imagine you come from a similar position in a manufacturing or production company.
You have solid experience with:
- Maintaining and ensuring timely data entries
- Responsibility for account reconciliations, including current accounts
- Managing AP/AR processes, payroll, and reimbursement of expense reports
- Preparing periodic financial reports and consolidations in accordance with IFRS
- Leading budgeting and forecasting processes
- Preparing management reporting and financial analysis to support decision making
- Maintaining an effective cost accounting system
- Implementing and complying with internal control policies
- Monitoring purchasing and banking relationships
- Ensuring tax compliance and maintenance of the ERP system
- Monitoring the company's financial and operational key metrics
- Supporting project management and ensuring effective internal and external communication
- Responsibility for documentation filing and storage
