You will have to be structured and have a commercial mindset, specifically within the context of time frame & financial fields of project management.
Your superpower is your ability to work with different organizational areas, different external stakeholders and bringing your team along with you on the projects.
Your working areas will be to
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring progress, involvement, and facilitation.
- Work with different organizational areas, including commercial, operations, and finance.
- Support and supply content for management meetings.
- Initiate projects by verifying feasibility, defining budgets, assembling teams, and allocating resources.
To succeed in this role, you are
- Proficient in technical components and engineering knowledge.
- Able to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- A torchbearer who goes ahead and sets the agenda.
