Manage sustainable projects from A-Z
You will be responsible for structuring and driving our smaller and medium-size projects, handling all aspects of the process from initial ideas to implementation.
Consequently, you can look forward to:
- Handling the development of projects involving biology, chemistry, process technology and much more.
- Building solid relationships with y selected customers
- Handling scope, budget, timeline, and risk management
- Coordinating with your logistics and sales colleagues in optimizing the value of each project both for the clients and for Combineering
- Reporting and following up on projects and ensuring high quality in an international setting
- Handling the project triangle in different phases, addressing quality, time management and resources
- Coordinating with various stakeholders
Junior Project Manager
We are looking for a dedicated junior project manager, who has a strong interest for driving both stakeholders, technical performance and financial results. You are eager to set realistic goals and work as a team player, with your colleagues in Sales, Finance, Operations as well as Compliance & Legal. You are confident in making informed decisions.
We further imagine that you:
- Have a science education, preferably at master's level
- Have a Commercial mindset: Focus on delivering projects on or above budget, customer satisfaction, proactive project management and optimization of project finances, logistical solutions, etc. Know how to manage stakeholders in an international setting
- Have special interest and educational/work experience with
- Chemistry: Inorganic/organic chemical processes / possibly materials physics
- Biological processes: biogas production, biological processes, special feed for animals, fertilizer products and plant nutrient requirements
- Master Danish and English at the negotiation level
- Know environmental legislation in general and specifically waste- and biproduct regulations
The office in Birkerød will be your base of operation, but with customers across Denmark as well as in the rest of Europe, you should expect some travel activity.
